Tightrope was given the unique opportunity to help bring the live theatrical production The Premiere, to Film. The original Audio was recorded on site at the historic Music Box Theatre. Tightrope sought to honor the original location while taming the location audio with many reflections, reverb, and echo, while not creating audio artifacts in the repair. We are very proud of our final mix and the final film, which has gone on to win multiple awards including Best Feature Film at East Village New York Film Festival, Best Director at Milwaukee Indie Film Awards, Best Director a Feature Film at ALTV Movie Awards, Best Indie Feature at Five Continents Film Festival, and more.
